From brain injury to brain coach
The noisy brain is the one I know best.
A traumatic brain injury takes everything that feels automatic, thinking clearly, staying calm, having energy for the people you love, and makes it a daily fight. I know because I lived it.
What rebuilt me was not one big fix. It was small, daily work, and breathwork became the anchor of all of it. Rhythmic breathing, breath holds, music, stillness. The practices behind SOMA Breath, studied in the largest breathwork research project ever run at Cambridge University.
These days I coach fitness, mental health and the brain itself. Every session starts in the same place mine did: the breath.
If I can retrain a brain that was written off, imagine what yours can do with an unfair advantage like this.
A real one, mid-session or outdoors. No stock.
